Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by Adrotack Finance Service Pvt Ltd (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Services Provided

Adrotack Finance Service Pvt Ltd provides:

• Bookkeeping and accounting services
• Payroll processing and management
• Tax preparation, filing, and resolution services
• Financial reporting and analysis
• ERP system implementation and management
• Catch-up bookkeeping services
• Banking and reconciliation services

Service Plans and Pricing

Sole Trader Plan

• Monthly fee: £90-100 per month
• Free trial period: 1 month
• Available for sole traders in the UK and US

Small & Medium Business Plan

• Monthly fee: £500 per Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) per month
• Free trial period: 15 days
• 10% discount applied from the beginning of the second year of service

Large Business Plan

• Custom pricing based on specific requirements
• Contact us for a personalized quote

Trial Period Terms

During the trial period, you have full access to the services included in your selected plan. You may cancel at any time during the trial period without charge. If you do not cancel before the trial period ends, you will be automatically enrolled in the paid monthly plan.

Payment Terms

• Payments are due monthly in advance
• We accept major credit cards and bank transfers
• Late payments may result in service suspension
• All fees are in GBP unless otherwise specified
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days’ notice

Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete financial information
• Respond to requests for information in a timely manner
• Maintain organized records and documentation
• Notify us of any changes to your business structure or operations
• Review and approve financial statements and reports
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Our Responsibilities

We commit to:

• Provide services with professional care and competence
• Maintain confidentiality of your information
• Deliver weekly email updates and monthly reviews
• Provide access to a daily dashboard for viewing financial data
• Create and share process documentation
• Purchase and implement ERP systems when needed (included in service fee)

Service Limitations

Our services do not include:

• Legal advice or representation
• Investment advisory services
• Audit or assurance services
• Forensic accounting or litigation support

Cancellation and Termination

By Client

You may cancel your service at any time with 30 days’ written notice. You are responsible for payment through the end of the notice period.

By Company

We reserve the right to terminate services with 30 days’ notice or immediately in cases of non-payment, breach of terms, or illegal activity.

Intellectual Property

All reports, analyses, and documentation created by us remain our intellectual property. You receive a license to use these materials for your business purposes. Your financial data remains your property.

Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information in accordance with professional accounting standards and applicable laws. We will not disclose your information except as required by law or with your explicit consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for services in the 12 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

Professional Standards

Our services are provided in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) in the US and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) in Europe, as applicable.

Data Protection

We comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for European clients and applicable US data protection laws. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes will be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where services are primarily provided.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through our platform. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which you receive services (US or UK/Europe), without regard to conflict of law principles.
